Our architecture and design direction are a fusion between two distinct but complementary worlds. It is strongly attached to the Filipino ancient tradition of symbiosis with nature and the elements. The inclusion and conservation of flora, the use of natural ventilation, natural lighting, and native materials were meticulously considered to the utmost details as this project was being conceptualized, unmistakably noticeable the soonest you set foot in our home. Along with the natural turquoise stone emanating from our pool, the noble wood floorings and furniture, we also made the conscious choice to source our water entirely through the most abundant and sustainable of sources: rainwater.

On the other side, Maison Bukana is, by itself, a statement of contemporary flow design. Inspired by strong, durable, and geometrical shapes in terms of roofing design and structure, we included in our research the choice of green and innovative materials. Comparable to a modern sail ship, Maison Bukana invites its guests to enjoy outdoor living in our vast modern open space, nestled between the sea and the river. 

 Maison Bukana is the outcome of a collection of souls who fully dedicated themselves to create the harmony of this unique living space. From the French/Filipino designing team to the expert local craftsmen, we have created a sanctuary allowing you to rediscover and reconnect with your inner self.
