What should I bring to Siargao?

We recommend packing:

What currency is used in Siargao?

The local currency is the Philippine Peso (PHP). ATMs are available in General Luna (10–12 minutes away), but carrying some cash is advisable.

Yes. We offer high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Globe and Smart networks both have coverage in our area.

Do you provide drinking water?

Absolutely. Each suite is stocked with filtered drinking water. You can also refill your reusable bottles at the open kitchen bar.

Are there stores or pharmacies nearby?

Yes. General Luna, just a short drive away, offers grocery stores, pharmacies, cafés, ATMs, and small local shops.

Will someone pick us up from the airport?

Yes, if you’ve arranged for a private transfer, our Airport Representative will warmly welcome you upon arrival.

Can we visit without a booking?

Maison Bukana is exclusively for in-house guests. We do not accommodate walk-ins, day-use visits, or outside dining. This ensures privacy and tranquility for all our guests.

During Your Stay

How many guests can Maison Bukana accommodate?

The villa features 4 beautifully appointed suites and can host up to 8–12 guests. You may book the entire villa privately or select individual suites.

Is the villa family-friendly?

Yes! We welcome families and offer:

• Child-safe railings and outlets

• Complimentary crib

• Nanny services (with advance notice)

• Kid-friendly activities

Our team is always warm and accommodating to little ones.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, well-trained and socialized dogs are welcome. We do have a resident rescue dog, so it’s important your pet is gentle and respectful. Owners are responsible for any damages.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside or in shared areas. A designated smoking space is available.

Do you offer private dining?

Yes, we do. Savor local and international cuisine curated by our selected island chefs, served in the comfort of your private surroundings. Kindly provide advance notice.

Certainly. Our exclusive Maison Bukana Wine Collection is available for purchase during your stay, perfect for sunset toasts or quiet evenings under the stars.
